Upper Sixth.

I just realised, I haven't at all blogged about my Upper Sixth life ever since I got back here! D: Yes I am a terrible blogger, I know. Don't get me wrong, I love blogging and I don't think my love for it is gonna die anytime soon. In fact I wish I could do this for a living. I mean, I know I can earn money through blogging now, but, yeah, it would be nice if I can like, travel round the world and write about it and earn money, like Gwen.

Anyway, Upper Sixth! As most of you know, I have already moved! Alison's my new roomie now, and we're sharing a room under the school! Most of the others rented a place of their own, so the only people staying under the school now are Alison, me, Ng and Faris. But the latter two are moving out in January when they are of legal age so yeah.

This room isn't half bad, it's just that the toilet floods when we shower cos the shower floor is just raised a bit but the water flows out and all. And there was no internet, cos even after we bought our router cos the socket is completely broken. The school is currently letting us the vacant room opposite for the toilet problem, but since we've got access there we plugged our router there as well. And yay, we've got internet now! :D It's not exactly fast, quite slow when it comes to loading YouTube and all but ah well, better than using the Purbeck wifi. Sucks like crap.

A2 is definitely a lot more relaxed than AS, but to be honest AS felt almost like SPM. The gwai lous think that we are a stressed lot of people just because we're doing a year's work in two terms, but to be honest it doesn't feel like it. I guess cos we're used to everything being rushed, maybe it's an Asian thing. Maybe it's just me, cos I'm the biggest weirdo alive, but yeah. And A2 is, well, more chill?

Behold, my timetable.

It used to be only Tuesdays when I had all of my lessons in one day, but now it seems that my Wednesdays are quite packed as well, even though I get to end early. For once, I don't have to finish at 5.30! And then my weekend kinda starts from there, cos I only have two lessons on Thursdays and Fridays. My Fridays, as you can see, are quite pathetic, cos while there are people who would already have finished their lessons I would only be going for my last lesson. Sure, I don't have to wake up as early as I do on other days, but my Friday Bios are so potong! After my Maths class I'd be like yayyyyyyyyy and then Bio. :/ At least it's Bio, I like Bio. And only a double, not a triple.

Celebrated Mid-Autumn with the rest of the Malaysians about two weeks ago, and boy was it awesome. It really felt like home away from home, and coincidentally the twins' mom is here so we got to have nice, home cooked food for dinner that day! And earlier that day the Penang girls and I went to Mill Road, which is like, the Asian street, to look for lanterns, and we almost couldn't find it cos we got to the Malaysian Chinese supermarket about HALF AN HOUR AFTER THEY CLOSED, I KNOW, WHAT FRUSTRATION. And yes, there is a Malaysian Chinese supermarket here, how awesome. So we walked further down, asking the Muslim supermarket and the Korean supermarket UNTIL, we found a Chinese one owned by a lady from Hong Kong. Moral of the story: Perseverance. :D

Yay! :D

Even earlier that day, in the morning, Alison asked if I wanna go jogging with Sachy and I was like, okay, sure, I need the exercise anyway. So, we met Sachy in town, and we just, well, explored. Sachy took us to this place near the Cambridgeshire City Council, which she passes by on her way to school, and there is this small hill which we climbed and, gosh, the view! :D One of our greatest discoveries on that day's adventure. Could see pretty much the whole of Cambridge. Then after that we went exploring round Trinity College before having breakfast and then we shopped a bit. :D Well more like window shopping cos we didn't bring our wallets, only some cash and we didn't think of bringing our debit card. :/

The view.

Sigh, I don't know what else I'm gonna do today. Everyone else has their own thing to do and I'm like, ._. at home. Of course, I've got homework and laundry to do but it's such a lovely day out today, really feel like doing something besides that. :/
Oh well, we'll see.
